Cody cringed. "I appreciate the hug, but can it be a little more loose?" He breathed, and rubbed his hands along Oliver's back soothingly. "Thank you." He whispered.

Oliver pulled away "sorry" he mumbled and say down on the chair. "I am going to get Kat" he said kissing him gently again before walking out of the room.

Kat was outside of the hospital, sitting on the curb near the main entrance. She sighed, eyes watery. "There go my friends." She murmured.

Oliver looked around. E talked to a nurse discovering she was out side. He walked over and say down nudging her "what is wrong baby girl?"

"Do you guys even want to be my friends? It seems like I'm the person who caused this whole issue between Cody and you. I heard that he said he can't even stand being near me anymore." She choked back a whimper, and refused to look up at him because she was crying.

Oliver shook his head "he said that he can't stand being with you as in loving you. Not because he hates you" he said pulling her on his lap. "And you are still my best friend"

"We didn't do anything. I just kissed him and he said it was kinky cause we were in a hospital. But nothing really happened" he said quietly.

"I mean in the future." She hugged Oliver and kissed his forehead. "Thanks for comforting me." She said with a stretch of her arms. "Let's go and see him." She stood up and off of Oliver's lap, and wiped her eyes quickly.

"Eh... He wasn't cheery, he was a major jerk outside of the park. He made all these nasty comments about the children and the workers and when someone asks him about it he denies it all." That was one of the main reason's she quit, besides not feeling like it was the job for her. "So I quit."

Kat frowned, then smiled. "Don't knock it 'til you try it." She said, and started back towards the hospital with Oliver. "They loved you, everyone loved you."

"I know they loved me but I didn't even quit I kept calling in sick and then just eventually stopped calling and they fired me" Oliver said quietly.

Cody blinked. "So that's what happened..." he sighed and nodded, moving his one hand to rest it near Oliver. He looked over at Kat. He smiled slightly.
"Mr. Big time music star in town yet?"

"If he hurts you I'll beat the crap out of him. Like Rory would have done." Cody said with a sad and small smile. Rory was Kat's older and protective brother, the one that died less than a year ago.
