Cody chuckled, then climbed out, taking his towel and moving the light to the car. He wrapped the towel around his waist, grabbing his clothes and tossing them into the car.

"Alright." Kat responded, a very happy grin on her face, one that hadn't been on for years since her brother died. She finally found someone that filled up that void that couldn't be filled up by anyone else. He made her feel so special and she was falling real hard for him.

He brought hi things back and sat in the chair and looked at him "I love you" he said smiling.

"I love you too." Cody responded, without hesitation. He moved and sat on the towel next to Oliver on the ground, leaning against his chair. "Ready for tommorow?" Cody asked, referring to going to see if he could get his brothers back.

The waiter returned with the check, placing it down on the table. He cleared the table then, and left.

Kat smiled, blushing furiously, "Stop, you're turning me into a tomato." She began, and stood up, stretching. "Ready when you are, Cam."

Cody adjusted his tie and blazer, looking up at the judge infront of him. She was a stern woman of 50, and was reading over the documents, sometimes glancing over at Cody with a stern yet sympathetic gaze.

Next to him was his aunt, her lawyer, and hs two little brothers. They looked eager to run to cody, but their aunt made sure to keep them from him at all costs. She sent him a judgemental glare, before facing the judge again.

Kat looked over at Cameron, and sucked the orange juice out of her straw as she watched him eat the brunch she had made that morning. She tipped her head back, and smiled cutely. "So... Did you like it?"

Oliver took a deep breath and and rubbed Cody's shoulder "It is alright we are going to make this work. we will have them" he said smiling happily and kissed his cheek. He waved at the boys and sat down in the chair.

Oliver smiled widely and clapped happily "It is permenately right, we make enough money to pay for the boys, and provide for them. I can bring them to school every morning and make then three meals a day" he said gently.

The judge, despite her strict aura, gave a wide, pleasant smile. "Yes. Unless there is another infraction with drinking... Which I dont even see happening now that you are looking over him. I hearby commend that the boys live with their closest relative, their older brother, Cody."
She banged her gavel, and the boys ran over to Oliver and Cody. One of them hugged Cody, one of them hugged Oliver. Then they both hugged Cody, then they both hugged Oliver.

Kat blushed, and leaned forward, "I don't know." She said flirtaciously, and took his mouth in a kiss.

Oliver smiled and picked one up "Who wants to go to Disney?" he asked grinning widely.

The one in Oliver's arms was Timothy, or just Tim. He smiled, and wrapped his arms around Oliver's neck, while the one next to Cody, named Matt, hugged his brother's legs. "Yay yay yay!" They cheered, and Cody grinned at Oliver, leaning over and kissing him on the cheek.

Kat became more into the kiss, and placed ehr hand on his shoulder, leaning into the kiss now.

Oliver smiled and nodded "and then we can get you awesome stuff for your room" he said laughing and varied tim out an looked back to the others.

Cody smiled. "Let's head home then. I'll cook up some lunch for us, as a family." Cody lossened the tie he had put on for the hearing and headed towards the exit, holding onto the hand of his brother.

Kat found herself melting, and the lusty desire she didn't know she had inside of her coming forward. She moved out from her seat and closer to him, her hands running down his chest and slipping under hist shirt as she lost control of herself.

Oliver smiled at Cody and looked at Tim "who is your favorite Disney character?" He asked softly smiling happily. He had got his job back as bein Peter Pan and he seemed a lot happier again.

Kat looked into his eyes, and ran her hands slowly down the front of his shirt, grasping the edges and pulling it up a bit. She shifted her hips in a slightly alluring way, and she found herself wanting him, more than just a love interest.

"Alright alright we can go to burger king" he said laughing and looked bck at them. "This is a once in a while thing though okay" he said looking back at them.

The two nodded, and Cody pulled off to start going to the Burger King down the street. It felt ike he and Oliver had their own sort of family now, he loved it. His smile grew, and he pulled into the drive through.

Kat moaned softly, her head tilting backwards slightly, but she kept the kiss strong. She pulled back slightly, looking into his eyes. "Cameron..." He strokeed his cheek gently, and nipped his bottom lip. "I want you."
