Chance went and hesitantly opened the door for him

Lucas nodded and pushed his hands in the belt loops and walked out. He shifted his eyes turning red. His hair brightening blue with highlights of white and light blue.

Chance lead him toward the other room, a light hand on his back both hoping it'd calm him down, and to lead him.

Lucas watched forward and waiting to the door was unlocked before going in. He looked back before shutting it behind him.

Chance watched him go inside before mumbling "you'll be okay lucas." To himself

Lucas nodded to Ethan and walked and sat on the table as try started the cheek up.

Chance watched from this side of the door, worried that lucas would get mad and cause ethan to hurt him.

Lucas watched annoyed and bit his lip annoyed that it was taking so long. He soon got up and snapped his fingers fire appearing.

Chance came into the room "lucas. Don't." He said gently.

Lucas turned his hair flaming. He looked confused "he told me too" he said serum inking back his hand dropping.

Chance looked at the other man and mumbled "he's not supposed to..."

Ethan watched him "it say he is supported to form power testers to make sure the medication is working. " e said sheepishly.

Lucas was watching his hair falling into his red eyes

Chance looked at Ethan and bit his lip. "No one clarified this with me. Sorry." he mumbled before glancing at Lucas and leaving quickly, and not just to stand outside the door, he headed down the hall, rubbing his temples, wishing the headache would go away. Wishing he hadn't messed up and made things awkward between him and Ethan, wishing he wasn't so protective of Lucas and for once, wishing he wasn't who he was

They continued. Four hours later Lucas came back and was shoved into the box by the guards. He fell to his knees his powers instantly draining and he collapsed.

Chance was curled up on the flooring looking as if he'd been trying to sleep. He quickly got up though and went over to the box and asked "lucas. Are you okay?"

Lucas coughed an got up slowly.

Chance bit his lip and quickly went into the box, closing it again and went over to him, helping him up

Lucas jumped and backed up "you can't be in here with me" he said quietly.

[Demonhunter]

Chance looked at him and said "Don't tell anyone and it won't matter." he said gently, quietly. He glanced at the door to the room worried but he looked more concerned about Lucas.

"No really it will kill you. This box is designed for someone with my power and it drains them" he said quietly.

[Demonhunter]

Chance looked at him and smirked "think I don't know that Lucas? It takes enough time I'll be okay.." he said softly and looked at him worried

Lucas watched him "I am fine" he said quietly sitting on his bed

Chance watched him and opened his mouth to say something but decided against it, closed his mouth and left the box, going back to where he had been when Lucas came in.

Lucas watched him and then fell onto his bed.

Chance laid on the floor again and curled up on his side, facing away from Lucas
