Ace nodded and pulled the robe on and got comfortable though he was still shaking from nerves and a little bit of fear

He smiled and finished everything "Alright, I wil be doing your main surgery. There will be others in there but don't feel nerveous okay they are as trained as I am and you are in perfect hands. However we need to talk about size anad width"

Ace hid his face as he blushed softly. "Oh yay, embarrassing talk about size." he said half laughing as it was muffled by his hands.

"Yes but you can pick what ever you woul like. I can have it match Neros if you would like" he said smiling.

Ace blushed even more when he remembered that the man that was doing that is also the man that is dating his brother. Ace bit his lip "Nero's a bit more then average isn't he? I don't want that. It's a miracle I get to do this as it is, I'm not gonna ask for more then what most guys get." he said gently. "Besides, don't you think it'd be weird to get mine based off my brother's ?" he asked smirking

"We'll love I would advise you to think about you and your new boy if he is bottoming or you or if you would share. I want you to be happy but you want him to be happy to" he said softly. "We'll you are twins so I just figured if you would like that. But it is up to you. Would you like a chart?" He asked sming.

Ace bit his lip and blushed when matt mentioned Aussie as his boy he smiled and said "you're right. I need to think about Aussie too " he smiled and nodded " I do think you're right, I should go with a bit bigger. What do you think about Nero? Would he make a good top of he ever did?"

"Nero is a natural submissive but his size is impressive, I will see what I can do and then you can decide"

Ace smiled "then if you can id be okay with being the same ish as Nero.and matt. Thank you again"

"Don't thank me I am happy to do my job" he said and wrote some stuff down "we are going to put you under for the surgery so when you wake up you will be a bit tired"

Ace smiled and nodded "alright that sounds good. I'm not really fond of the idea of being awake."

HE nodded and smiled pushing open the door for him

Ace went in, arms around himself nervously

He smiled "Just get on the table please" he said gently.

Seth nodded and carefully climbed up onto the table

He smiled and the nurse came over and gave him a mask "here you go just lay back take deep breaths and count backwards from 10.

Matt smiled and headed out to the waiting room pulling his jacket on "everything went well"

Nero stopped his pacing and looked over, grinning hugely "really?" he grinned hugely. "So he's all better? How long till he wakes up? How long is recovery?" he asked quickly, excitedly.

MAtt laughed gently "Everything went perfectly" he said smilng. "About a hour or so maybe less depend on his body, and Recovery is about a month and a half to two months.

Nero grinned and ran over, hugging him tightly, burying his face into his neck "thank you. Thank you thank you. A million times thank you"

Matt smiled and held his waist tightly smiling happily "I love you so much so anything for you"
