The doctor nodded "Alright. Follow me." he lead him to the xray room

the doctor smiled gently and said "Don't worry I'll do all I can to make him better." he started the x-ray's looking at his chest and neck.

He nodded and watched biting into his lip.

The doctor wrote a few notes before saying "I'm gonna do an ultrasound on his chest so look at his lungs." he told Oliver before taking the cover off him and started to spread the gel like stuff on his chest.
Mason slowly started to open his eyes and a second later he started panicing as he looked around he saw Oliver and asked "Where are we?"

Oliver walked over "I took you to the doctor. He is just going to look at your lungs" he said brushing his hair from his ace.

Mason bit his lip gently "O-oh o-okay."
The doctor continued and looked to the screen and bit his lip.

Oliver kissed him gently and held his hand before looking to the doctor. "Why is it?"

"well i know what it is. but i have to take some blood samples and what not because its something thats often, but not alwaysn caused by cancer." he said gently "but if he doesnt have cancer its pretty easy to fix. see he has an infection in his lungs thats making it hard to breath, and its also messing with his red blood cell production so pretty much it makes him weak and dizzy and faint at the slightest bit of excirse or stress. its really easy to treat normally. i'll give you some medicine to take for a week. but, if it doesnt start to get better by next week, we might have to do a lung transplant but we've only ever had to do that once or twice in the couple hundred cases of this so good chances thats not needed."

Oliver was crying by the time he finished. His poor mason. He stared at him "I will call work you are going to stay home and rest" he said trying to stop his tears. "You will get better. " he said quietly.

mason pulled him down and kissed him gently "i know i will. you'll help me through it. dont cry my love i'll be okay. i know it. i still have way to much to do with you." he said softly "we havent even gotten married yet. obviously its not my time." he said and smiled at him cutely

Oliver laughed tears still running down his face. "You are right" he said quietly and played with his fingers.

mason smiled at him lovingly and kissed his tears away "but love, the twins cant be apart, i have to work." he said gently.
the doctor coughed softly "lets move you to a room, i wanna take blood and other samples and i also want to give you medicine and keep you for an hour or so to watch you. the stage its at i wanna make sure the meds are atleast temporarily helping before i send you off." mason nodded and started to get up carefully, being cautious.

"I was going to call out too. There is no possible way I would leave you. I can barely stand when you have to go somewhere and I don't. " he mumbled and then looked to the doctor. "Thank you so much"

What oliver said caused him to blush and he kissed him deeply "you are the most perfect boyfriend ever." He whispered.
The doctor smiled and nodded before he left and headed down the hall
