Alec smiled and said "Well it's hard to continue to talk about someone when you weren't even sure what he was like anymore, and when you lost all hope of seeing him again." he said but still grinning

Alec smiled gently, thinking back to that christmas, even with knowing Daniel was back, remembering how he felt that year and for years to come it still made his heart ache. He had asked santa for Daniel every christmas till he stopped writing to santa, he had only asked Magnus the first year. he also wished on every wishing star he saw and atleast once a week he would watch the sun set just to wish on the first star of the night. once he hit his teens years it became less frequent, especially after 14 but he never totally stopped, in fact the day before they came to disney he had wished on the stars for Daniel and after all these years it came true. He couldn't help to smile hugely at the last thought

Alec grinned and texted him back "I miss you too my love. This day will fly by though, so we can be together soon. I adored the letter you left me. It was beautiful."

Seth bit his lip and kissed Magnus now.
