Castiel sat t his desk scribbling down notes.

Gabriel came to the door of Cas's office and leaned on the frame, rubbing his eyes "You left." he said quietly

"You were with him, you didn't need me" HE said quiwtly and looked at him shrugging.

Gabriel came over and wrapped his arms around his shoulders "That's not true. I needed you too, that's why i invited you to join us."

He shrugged once again "I had work to do figured you could use your time together"

Gabriel bit his lip "You don't care do you?" he asked quietly

"Care about what?" Castiel said looking at him. His eyes were red and puffy like he had been crying.

Gabriel looked at him worriedly "You do." he touched his cheek and kissed his forehead. "baby, why have you been crying?"

He shook his head and turned away "it doesn't matter does it" he said quietly.

Gabriel turned his head toward him again "It does matter. It means a lot to me.

"Gabriel you will never truly be happy with me here. I-I think I am going to fall" he said and turned away.

"Don't say that. You're not going to fall." he said gently and held him carefully, kissing his head "and that's not true. I am happy with you here, I only like being here when you or him, or both of you, are here."

"Darious I was going to purposely fall. I want to cast my self down" he said staring at him. "I want you to be happy with him and have a nice family. I am just getting in the way"

Gabriel shook his head "Please don't. Please. You aren't in the way. and I am happy with him, but i'm happy with you too"

"You can't began riel. You have to choose and I know he will always win if we were held at gun point and you could only save one it would be him. Always him"

[Demonhunter]

Gabriel shook his head "I don't have to. i can't. I love both of you so much. I'd have to find a way to save both of you. I can't live without either of you."

"Gabriel please. If you really love me you will let me go" he said quietly and turned back to his work.

Gabriel shook his head and nuzzled into Cas's leg. "I don't want you to. Please."

Castiel didn't say anything and kept writing he took folded tbsndnout it with an envelope.

Gabriel could help but start crying and got up, starting to storm out but he stopped and said "You realize, you're not being selfless, you're not really thinking of me, you're thinking of yourself and how you want out of here and that you don't want to see me anymore but you're not taking into consideration how it's going to kill me." he said before walking off,

Castiel shook his head and went back to work scribbling down things on his paper. He closed his eyes though. He wasn't really planning on falling. He was going to get murdered. Killed, but he didn't wan Gabriel to get in the way and get hurt.

Gabriel went back to his room to check up on Connor.

Connor looked at him and smiled happily before he frowned "what is wrong?"

Gabriel shook his head "Cas..." is all he said quietly

Connor nodded and walke over rubbin his eyes. "We'll when you were asleep. He got a call and r looked really scare and he left in a rush."
