May kissed his head "Then I think you should break it off. Talk to her about it. You can't drag her along and convince her you love her and then turn around and tell her you don't. She might be hurt, she might break into tears but it'll be better in the end for both of you." she said softly.

If you keep going out with her while you're still trying to figure things out and if you keep pushing her away you're doing small damage to her which will just be longer. It'd be better to tell her and let her be able to get over you. And baby brother, you're not a screw up, at all you've never screwed up, and there is nothing wrong with being different."
