Nero let out a breath he hadn't relized he'd been holding and grinned, coming over and shaking her hand as well

Nero grinned and looked at her "you're pretty laid back huh? I like it." She smiled and said "yea, I know things happen and I know I wouldn't like being tied and not allowed to do anything to the house if I wanted to." Nero grinned and looked at Max and smiled, kissing him softly before saying "It's actually really simple, so if you trust me not to get in trouble, I can sign and pay now."

She glanced through and said "Alright, looks good." nero then pulled out his wallet and offered her the money She smiled and toke it carefully. "thank you boys. this will help me and my daughter a lot."
