James shook his head "T-that's not true, You'll be hurt and upset and if I realize I love you I'll be hurting Magnus. There is no way out of this without hurting someone." he said starting to cry more.

Ethan carefully hoed him pull te car over. "Daniel me and daddy need to talk for a minute okay" he said and Daniel nodded. He got out and went to James side. "James" he said helping him out an closing the door. "I will be happy as long as you are happy. I will not be upset with you that you picke ho ever this Magnus guy maybe but you will be happy with him. And I am sure that Magnus is a lovely guy and he will be happy with you forever"

James wrapped his arms around Ethan's waist and held him close as he buried his face into his neck "I-I'm so s-sorry Ethan. I-I hope you're r-right and not just saying th-this stuff to make me happy. I don't want y-you to be sad anymore." he said shaking.

"I will never be sad knowing you are happy" he said even if it was a lie. He wanted James back more then anything in the world. He never told James he almost killed him self multiple times but always got sight by someone.
