Daniel giggled and looked at him "is dadda goin to visit like last week?" He asked. Since James and....Ethan where still together when they decided they wanted Daniel. So by court Daniel had to see him once a week.

James nodded "Of course buddy." he bit his lip. He hated the fact Ethan had visitation rights.Just because it was awkward to see him. And it'd be even more so if Magnus was over when Ethan visited.

James came back about eight minutes later, rubbing at his eyes which were still red and a little puffy, making it obvious he'd been crying.
