Andy bkushed bright red and he relaxed into magnus arms. "Oh...the outside of the house" he said and glanced at it. "It looks well enough, not dirty, and I do like the vines" he said siftly and glanced up at magnus.

MAgnus chuckled and said "It's not surprising you don't like being outdoors yet. and yes the outskirts of the city is defeintley nicer. Well the Ad sayd to go to another address to talk to the owners if we want to see the inside

Magnus bodded "wow that is interesting" he said and swayed there hands but froze getting closer to the people. He moved hiding slightly behind magnus glancing at the people causipusly.

Magnus looked at him and said "No one is going ot hurt you Andy." he eventually found the building and knocked on the door. A nice older man, well about late 20s, answered the door and smiled softly "Can I help you?" Magnus smiled and said "I'm loving for a Mr. Tanner. we're interested in the house that was in the newspaper." The man grinned even wider now "That is great." he offerd his hand "I'm Mr. Tanner. I'm guessing you want to look around it?" Magnus nodded "Please, if it's not to much trouble." Mr Tanner smiled and nodded "Not at all." He smiled and told someone in te house he would be back before grabbing a key and heading the direction MAgnus and Andy had just come from. "So what may I call you two?" he asked Magnus smiled warmly as he followed "I am MAgnus Bane and this is my friend Andy." Mr Tanner smiled and asked "So you two are going to be sharing the house?" he asked curiously. Magnus nodded "Yes sir. We were just removed from the place we were staying and we thought we'd get our own place for once." Mr. Tanner smiled "I'm glad. I hope you like it. I want it to go to nice people since I'm only selling it so that me and my fiancé can move to New York." he explained gently, smiling at them

Andy nodded to magnus but kept behind magnus while they talked at the door. When they started to walk he looked at the man. "magnus where is new York?" He asked quierly to magnus biting his lip. He then looked at his hands before back at mr.Tanner and smkled gently.

Andy bodded "wow I didnt even know you could go across the ocean" he said his eyes sparkling in amazement. He smiled widely now and bounced along holding tughrly into magnus hand but his mood seemed to be getting better as it does when andy gets to learn new things.

Magnus nodded "Huge ships can make it." They finally made it back to the house and Mr Tanner unlocked the door and let them in. "Here you go. Take a look around. It'll come with a bit of furniture, if you want it, so what's in it will stay." Magnus thanked him and stepped inside. It was a nice place, not to small but not extremely large, a decent place for up to four people to live all the time and a bunch to party and hang out on occasion. It was a pretty nice kitchen, for Victorian era, plenty of counters for cooking a normal everyday meal. It also, as a surprise, had running water. Running water baths and toilets were still quite a luxury at this point but they were getting more and more frequent. Sadly if you wanted water as a shower those were still manually pumped but a running bath was pretty amazing as it was. The bedrooms could easily fit kingsized beds, which one was in the bigger bedroom already and the second bedroom had a full on fancy frames. Magnus smiled and examined the place. It was nice and simple and cozy. It didn't feel like a house it felt like a home. He smiled and asked andy "what do you think?"

Andy was looking around eyes wide in excitement and wonder. "It is beautiful mags. Huge. You could throw s lot of parties here" he said and ran to see the rooms. "And plenty of space to have a smuggling bed" he said turning back to him and bounced. "It feels like a home" he said looking up to him from where he stood extremely close to magnus beaming.

Magnus smiled at him and said "I could see us living here. but what about you? Would you be okay with the kitchen and everything. Living on the edge of town? Having to walk almost a half hour to get to the main parts of the city? Or do you want to see if there are others that we like? "

"The kitchen is nice and I would be able to cook a lot and easily in here....I mesn o don't really go into town unless with you. And you fast travel and stuff" andy said wuietly and bit his lip. "It has running water and stuff which is hard to find I think" he said carefully and picked at his nails. "I-it would just be hard for um feeding" he said wuietly. Andy hated feeding with a passion but he couldn't depend in magnus all the time.
